I looked at the website and fail to find any horsemeat.
They are selling Kosher beef and it looks pretty good.
You actually have to register with Alibaba to see all the stuff on their site;

Once you register, type "horsemeat" in their search-engine and "Golden West / Glatt Cattle Co. will come up
and there you will see they are selling Kosher horsemeat for $12.00lb

Horse meat is yummy, most of Europe produces amazing dishes.
